Your Appointment...
Should be relaxing and we don't want you to feel rushed. Each appointment includes time for consultation and time for you to prepare prior to and after your treatment. If you think you may need more time or have any additional needs please do not hesitate to ask.
If you do not require your appointment please let us know as soon as possible to allow the appointment to be given to someone else.
Cancellation Policy
For all appointments of less than one hour: We require at least 24 hours notice of any cancellations or reschedules. Any cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the total appointment cost. No shows will be treated as a cancellation.
For all appointments of one hour or more: We require at least 48 hours notice of any cancellations or reschedules. Any cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the total appointment cost. No shows will be treated as a cancellation.
We ask that clients arrive a few minutes prior to their appointment time. If you are late for your appointment the treatment may be shortened or we may be unable to complete your treatment. If we cannot complete your treatment due to you being late this will be treated as a cancellation and may be charged at 50% of your appointment cost.
Medical Conditions...
Some of our treatments are unsuitable for people with certain medical conditions. These can include, but are not restricted to: pregnancy, cancer and remission of cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure and certain skin conditions. If you think you may have a condition (temporary or long-term) that may affect your treatment please advise at the time of booking and do not hesitate to ask to speak to a therapist for further information.
We Politely Point Out...
Well behaved children are welcome at SemperAesthetics for quick appointments. Be aware that certain treatments require a lot of concentration by the therapist and that the salon can present many hazards for small children including sharp objects, steep stairs and chemicals. If you are unable to keep an eye on them safely we may have to postpone or cut short your treatment. In addition we would also ask you to remember that clients elsewhere in the salon may be having quiet, relaxing treatments so please ensure your children can remain calm and quiet for the duration of your treatment. We will be happy to advise you of appointment times that do not clash with other clients’ treatments, just ask when booking.
